Welcome to the Hertford Area Badminton League (HABL) website. HABL currently runs leagues in 4 formats; Mens 4s, Ladies 4s, Medley 4s, and Mens 6s. Previously we also run Mixed 6s and Ladies 6s leagues and would like to do so in the future. Entries for all these leagues will be welcome.

2015 AGM
This year's AGM will be held on Monday 11th May at 8pm at Allenburys Sports and Social Club, Harris's Lane, Ware, Herts SG12 0DJ.
 
2014 HABL CLOSED TOURNAMENT SUNDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 2014
The 2014 HABL Closed Tournament will be held on Sunday 7th September 2014 at Goffs School, Goffs Lane, Cheshunt, EN7 5QW with the Singles tournaments commencing at 12.30pm and the Doubles tournaments commencing at 2pm. The entry fee is the same as last year i.e. Singles £6 per person (Juniors £4 per person) and Doubles £3 per person. The entry form below is to be sent to Colin Jackson by 1st September.

Plans ceased for new National Badminton Arena

The Board of Directors of Badminton England have regretfully taken the decision not to pursue a move to the National Bowl.
